Brand Lead, EUCAN Oncology(m/w/x)
Executing global brand strategy for novel specialty pharmaceuticals across Europe and Canada. 7 years commercial oncology marketing experience and brand launch expertise required. International collaboration with global and local teams.
Anforderungen
- Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial oncology marketing at country level
- Brand launch experience
- MCO, regional, or global experience (asset)
- Master's degree in business administration or life sciences (preferred)
- Experience in pioneering, defining, launching marketing programs, and budget management
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Excellent project management skills (forecasting, budget setting, complex data synthesis)
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Flexibility, efficiency, and adaptability in changing environments
- Strong cross-cultural skills and multicultural environment effectiveness
- Team player with strong business acumen
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages (advantage)
- Practical business sense, intellectual sharpness, and strong numerical capability
- Continuous improvement mindset, work efficiency, and process optimization focus
Aufgaben
- Manage and implement business tactics and strategies across EUCAN
- Support commercialization, profit margin, and business plan objectives for the brand
- Operationalize the marketing and brand plan
- Oversee financial management
- Oversee project management
- Administer the budget
- Analyze financial performance
- Prepare periodic reports
- Foster collaboration with global teams and LOCs
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of Global Brand Strategy
- Lead and execute key product initiatives and tactics in EUCAN
- Develop, execute, and coordinate promotional activities and marketing projects
- Conduct strategic market research
- Manage and implement cross-functional workstream tasks
- Ensure alignment and coordination across functional levels
- Create project plans
- Gather progress updates from team members
- Visualize project progress
- Monitor progress against strategy, plans, benefit delivery, and budget
- Support preparation and coordination for local and international deliverables
- Coordinate deliverables like Brand Tactics, Market Research, and business analytics
- Role model company values and leadership behaviors
- Set team culture
- Strengthen cross-functional ways of working
- Foster open communication
- Invite feedback

- Provide frequent coaching and mentoring to project teams
