- •Graduate degree or equivalent
- •7+ years' healthcare experience
- •5+ years’ brand sales and marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech sector
- •Broad international pharmaceutical marketing experience
- •Pharmaceutical sales experience in secondary or tertiary care
- •Experience in leading strategic processes for portfolio and brand development
- •Experience leading global marketing initiatives
- •Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire cross-functional matrix teams
- •Proficiency in CRM systems and tools
- •Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
- •Excellent project management skills
- •Excellent command of the English language

- •Apply defined strategies regionally
- •Define and implement marketing strategies for products

- •Disseminate product experience and strategy regionally
- •Ensure efficient deployment of activities for sustainable results
- •Manage A&P budgets and demonstrate ROI for marketing programs

- •Prepare and conduct region-led events with Medical Affairs
