Aufgaben
- Execute icebreaker products from concept to finished goods
- Align products with brand strategy and global business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a multi-season perspective
- Support Manager, Global Product Development’s vision
- Translate creative concepts into technical specifications
- Work with Design and Merchandising teams to validate concepts
- Prepare comprehensive product tech packs
- Outline specifications, material requirements, and quality control
- Seek process and manufacturing improvements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration
- Manage project timelines for seasonal and non-seasonal products
- Ensure on-time delivery of prototype samples and bulk production
- Use agile methodologies to manage projects
- Troubleshoot challenges to keep projects on track
- Support Quality Control in reviewing finished goods
- Maintain and update the PLM system with product data
- Develop and manage cost models for products
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Sourcing teams on cost targets
- Complete detailed technical specifications on-time
- Analyze market feedback and product performance data
- Refine existing products and influence future development
- Seek opportunities for personal growth and expertise
