- 8+ years of experience in Product Design roles
- Experience in fashion lifestyle or outdoor apparel sector highly preferred
Aufgaben
- Create apparel meeting design quality, value, and cost expectations
- Lead outdoor lifestyle apparel design using natural fibres
- Develop styles responding to trends and consumer needs
- Ensure designs are practical, commercially viable, and aligned with business needs
- Work closely with Product Development and Merchandising teams
- Partner with Merchandising and Marketing on special projects
- Support Design team in overseeing external resources and administration
- Process invoices for external resources
- Shape creative direction with Director and Senior Manager
- Build seasonal stories across colour, graphics, materials, and style
- Lead product journey from concept to final product
- Champion purpose, clarity, and intent in design decisions
- Explore fresh ideas and solutions for product innovation
- Push product and consumer experience forward with new technologies and features
- Partner with teams to resolve fit, style, and construction challenges
- Ensure products are commercially ready
- Bring curiosity, craft, and product passion to the design community
- Share knowledge with the design team
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Help build creative capability across the organization
