- Lead outdoor lifestyle apparel design using natural fibres
- Develop styles responding to trends and consumer needs
- Ensure designs are practical and commercially viable
- Work with Product Development and Merchandising teams
- Partner with Merchandising and Marketing on special projects
- Support Design team in overseeing external resources
- Shape icebreaker outdoor lifestyle apparel creatively and commercially
- Bring ideas from concept to final product
- Collaborate on seasonal stories for colour, graphics, and materials
- Lead design process from concept to final product
- Explore innovative ideas and solutions
- Resolve fit, style, and construction challenges
- Elevate team through knowledge sharing and onboarding
