Aufgaben
- Execute icebreaker products from concept to finished goods
- Align products with brand strategy and global business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally for multi-season product development
- Support Manager, Global Product Development’s vision and best practices
- Translate creative concepts into technical specifications
- Ensure alignment on style and gross margin
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications and production strategies
- Prepare product tech packs with detailed specifications
- Outline material requirements, sizing, and construction details
- Create quality control protocols for manufacturing
- Seek process and manufacturing improvements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate transparent communication and collaboration
- Ensure alignment on product strategies, timelines, and quality
- Manage project timelines for seasonal and non-seasonal products
- Follow critical paths for on-time delivery of samples and production
- Use agile methodologies to manage projects
- Troubleshoot challenges to maintain project timelines
- Support Quality Control in reviewing finished goods
- Maintain and update the PLM system with product data
- Ensure timely and accurate data inputs for seasonal requirements
- Develop and manage cost models for products
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Sourcing teams on financial parameters
- Complete detailed technical specifications on-time
- Analyze market feedback and product performance data
- Refine existing products and influence future development
- Seek opportunities for personal growth and expertise
