Aufgaben
- Set enterprise governance for equipment operations and facility-fit innovation
- Ensure compliance and protect reliable patient supply
- Serve as primary interface for manufacturing sites
- Drive equipment and technology operations support
- Resolve process and plant-engineering issues
- Lead facility-fit assessments for manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Enable network strategy, capital investments, lifecycle management, and technology transfer
- Lead manufacturing and plant equipment improvement programs
- Deliver right-first-time production and contamination control
- Evaluate equipment operations and implement improvements
- Increase efficiency, reliability, and product quality
- Lead facility and process-equipment evaluations
- Define design selection criteria
- Support network strategy, capital investments, lifecycle management, and technology transfer
- Drive technology innovation through subject matter expert working groups
- Ensure standardization and commonality
- Select sound solutions and troubleshoot effectively
- Build and maintain equipment capacity modeling
- Monitor utilization and identify bottlenecks
- Unlock capacity across the manufacturing network
- Support capital investment and business case development
- Realize benefits and funding logic
- Act as enterprise integrator across multiple departments
- Provide executive oversight of critical supplier/partner ecosystems
