Aufgaben
- Provide global leadership for CMMS strategy, governance, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Global Head of Maintenance and Regional Leads on global strategy
- Support implementation and execution of global CMMS programs (e.g., TAKAMI)
- Drive consistent CMMS work management practices for efficiency and standardization
- Enable reliable and consistent data capture and governance as CMMS Data Product Owner
- Create decision-ready insights to support maintenance governance and continuous improvement
- Link CMMS practices to measurable business outcomes (e.g., backlog reduction, WO quality, asset uptime, spare parts optimization)
- Strengthen CMMS compliance across SAP PM, JDE, BMRAM, and Maximo
- Ensure alignment with global Engineering SOPs, GxP, and Finance-aligned requirements
- Act as global CMMS program and process lead for maintenance and reliability execution
- Ensure deployment, change management, and stakeholder adoption of CMMS standards
- Define and drive harmonized CMMS work management standards
- Support development and improvement of maintenance, calibration, and reliability documentation
- Establish and maintain global CMMS process and data governance
- Develop and own the global CMMS enhancement roadmap
- Assess and define targeted improvement roadmaps for site CMMS maturity
- Ensure CMMS processes meet regulatory and engineering compliance
- Collaborate with regional/site teams and global engineering for audit readiness
- Align CMMS processes with Finance and Supply Chain needs
- Coordinate with Global Digital/IT and Operational Technology partners
- Support the definition and operationalization of CMMS KPIs and performance routines
- Coach site teams on data-driven decision making
- Provide functional CMMS coaching and support to site maintenance teams
- Facilitate cross-site learning and best practice scaling
- Create and own a structured capability building program
- Govern the end-to-end Maintenance, Calibration, and Spare Parts data product
- Ensure trusted, validated, and consistent data for Global Maintenance Dashboard KPIs
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by benchmarking industry best practices
- Support global maintenance assessments (e.g., LAMP)
- Track and close identified CMMS improvement gaps across sites
