Designing and implementing global patient access capabilities, focusing on dashboard development and reporting governance. 5+ years of patient access or clinical operations experience required. Work across complex global organizations with minimal direct authority.

Anforderungen

  • PhD, PharmD with ~5+ years; MS with ~8+ years; BS with ~10+ years experience or related experience in clinical research and/or early access program in pharmaceutical industry or CRO
  • 5+ years of project management, clinical operations, Patient Access experience in Patient Access, Global Medical Operations or related functions
  • Experience with reporting, analytics and digital tools leveraging digital platforms, data tools, and analytics solutions to support operational excellence, governance, and data-driven decision-making across global teams
  • Experience working within complex, global organization and ability to work across functions at all levels with minimal direct authority
  • Structured and detail-oriented with strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving priorities
  • Advanced degree in health, life sciences, data, or technology-related discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Analytics)
  • Experience working with multi-vendor data feeds and implementing data quality controls/reconciliations

Aufgaben

  • Lead design and implementation of GPA capabilities
  • Develop and improve processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Focus on global dashboard development and reporting governance
  • Drive execution in priority areas across GPA
  • Address gaps and deliver outcomes in operations, programs, reporting, and compliance
  • Deliver reporting and actionable insights through data collection, validation, and analysis
  • Develop Real World Evidence (RWE) capabilities and scalable analytics outputs
  • Lead dashboard development, including requirements gathering, data modeling, and visualization design
  • Test and manage dashboard releases
  • Drive reporting governance, including KPI definitions, business rules, and change control
  • Implement data quality controls for reporting
  • Deliver standardized reporting and insights for operational and strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to digital enablement initiatives, including systems and tools adoption
  • Drive RWE data collection, validation, and analytics
  • Maintain Global Patient Access SharePoint site as the single source of truth
  • Manage content lifecycle, including versioning, archiving, and permissions
  • Design and deliver practical solutions, templates, and frameworks
  • Create standard work instructions, user guidance, and training aids
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to drive aligned execution
  • Resolve issues and deliver prioritized enhancements
  • Act as a flexible resource, stepping into high-priority areas or covering gaps
