Aufgaben
- Set enterprise governance for equipment operations and facility-fit innovation
- Improve competitiveness, ensure compliance, and protect patient supply
- Serve as primary interface for manufacturing sites
- Drive equipment/technology operations support
- Resolve process and plant-engineering issues
- Lead facility-fit assessments for manufacturing equipment and facilities
- Enable network strategy, capital investments, lifecycle management, and technology transfer
- Lead manufacturing and plant equipment improvement programs
- Deliver right-first-time production, including contamination control
- Evaluate equipment operations and implement improvements
- Increase efficiency, reliability, and product quality
- Define design selection criteria for facility and process-equipment evaluations
- Drive technology innovation through subject matter expert working groups
- Ensure standardization/commonality, sound solution selection, and effective troubleshooting
- Build and maintain equipment capacity modelling
- Monitor utilization, identify bottlenecks, and unlock capacity
- Support capital investment and business case development
- Act as enterprise integrator across multiple departments
- Provide executive oversight of critical supplier/partner ecosystems
- Unblock delivery and communicate strategy and progress
