Aufgaben
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for CMC execution and lifecycle management
- Lead cross-functional GSQ CMC teams for product development
- Develop robust lifecycle management for small molecule assets
- Represent CMC matters within Global Product Teams
- Provide leadership for complex or multi-product initiatives
- Be accountable for scientific/CMC content of SM assets, considering business impact
- Lead the Small Molecules CMC team to resolve CMC issues
- Collaborate with Pharmaceutical Sciences to resolve CMC issues
- Work across GSQ functions, manufacturing sites, and Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Define directions for technology excellence, innovation, digital solutions, and data analytics
- Be accountable for key CMC decisions and provide recommendations
- Influence broadly within GSQ and Product Teams to drive decisions and alignment
- Resolve complex cross-functional CMC and technology excellence issues
- Work closely with PMs to drive CMC team success
- Be fully accountable for complex decisions regarding SM asset development
- Be accountable for Life Cycle Management decisions
- Manage SMEs to execute Life Cycle Management decisions
- Influence and be accountable for commercialization decisions with Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Align CMC Development and LCM activities across MSAT small molecule organization
- Align LCM activities within various GSQ functional organizations
- Align on LCM procedures across MSAT global functions for business metrics
- Align on vision and priorities for LCM activities across MSAT small molecule, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Site Manufacturing Sciences
- Coordinate hand-off of late-stage products to the commercial team with MSAT CMC LCM group
