Aufgaben
- Provide global leadership for CMMS strategy, governance, and improvement
- Support implementation and execution of global CMMS programs and strategies
- Improve efficiency, standardization, and performance of maintenance execution
- Drive consistent CMMS work management practices
- Enable reliable and consistent data capture and governance as CMMS Data Product Owner
- Create decision-ready insights for maintenance governance and continuous improvement
- Link to measurable business outcomes like backlog reduction and asset uptime
- Strengthen compliance in CMMS usage across SAP PM, JDE, BMRAM, and Maximo
- Ensure alignment with global Engineering SOPs, GxP, and Finance requirements
- Act as global CMMS program and process lead for maintenance and reliability execution
- Manage deployment, change management, and stakeholder adoption of CMMS standards
- Partner with Global Head of Maintenance and Regional Leads on global strategy
- Define and drive harmonized CMMS work management standards
- Support development and improvement of maintenance, calibration, and spare parts documentation
- Establish and maintain global CMMS process and data governance
- Develop, maintain, and own the global roadmap for CMMS enhancements
- Assess site CMMS maturity levels and define improvement roadmaps
- Ensure CMMS-enabled processes meet regulatory and engineering compliance
- Collaborate to maintain audit readiness and drive corrective actions for compliance risks
- Align CMMS processes with Finance and Supply Chain needs
- Coordinate with IT and OT partners for CMMS data capture and system integration
- Enable performance monitoring through CMMS-enabled KPIs and dashboards
- Coach site teams on data-driven decision making
- Provide functional CMMS coaching and support to site maintenance teams
- Facilitate cross-site learning and best practice scaling
- Create and own a structured capability building program for CMMS
- Govern the end-to-end Maintenance, Calibration & Spare Parts data product
- Ensure trusted, validated, and usable data from CMMS to KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in CMMS technologies
- Benchmark industry best practices for CMMS
- Support global maintenance assessments and track CMMS improvement actions
