Anforderungen
- Commitment to on-site support with frequent global travel
- Ability to spend extended periods away from home
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, troubleshooting methodology, best practices, and business processes
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement certification
- Experience in contract manufacturing business
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards
- Proficiency in root cause analysis tools
- Experience with statistical tools and software for data analysis
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously
- Hands-on experience in Data Analytics
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in visualization tools
- Excellent command of English (written and oral)
- Experience with AI technologies

- Lead and resolve complex manufacturing investigations
- Lead and manage task forces for critical situations
- Develop and implement problem-solving methodologies
- Champion AI and digital tools integration in troubleshooting
- Lead digital transformation for investigation processes
- Provide frequent, short-notice global travel and on-site support
- Lead end-to-end troubleshooting of complex manufacturing issues
- Manage cross-functional task forces for business-critical challenges
- Design, standardize, and improve problem-solving methodologies
- Partner with stakeholders to implement process improvements
- Apply data analytics and AI tools to solve manufacturing problems
- Leverage automation and digital solutions for productivity
- Drive consistency in problem-solving practices across the network
