Aufgaben
- Own ZRS’s global climate resilience advisory proposition
- Ensure the advisory proposition is relevant, differentiated, and aligned with sustainability ambitions and customer needs
- Lead Zurich’s thought leadership agenda on climate resilience
- Develop external publications, customer engagements, conference participation, and industry partnerships
- Lead a team of technical Climate Resilience professionals
- Drive the development and enhancement of climate-related risk solutions
- Oversee customer-facing advisory teams across countries and regions
- Drive business development activity across markets with local teams
- Embed climate resilience solutions into propositions, customer conversations, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and stakeholder expectations
- Translate insights into actionable initiatives and solution enhancements
- Develop concrete risk mitigation strategies for customers across geographies and industries
- Develop integrated propositions leveraging ZRS cross-line of business capabilities
- Collaborate with Sustainability, Group Risk, Underwriting, and other stakeholders
- Integrate climate resilience into Zurich’s broader sustainability strategy and commercial offering
- Explore partnership opportunities to enhance the service offering
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to regional and local teams on climate resilience
- Build capabilities and ensure consistent delivery of the advisory proposition
