Anforderungen
- University degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or administration
- Minimum 5-7 years insurance management experience (negotiating policies, claims handling, cost allocation)
- Proven experience in multinational manufacturing environment
- Broad understanding of insurance (incl. captives, alternative risk transfer)
- Knowledge of Swiss insurance regulations
- Business fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills and precise working style
- Solid user knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Focus on understanding business requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Additional training in insurance management
- Previous exposure to internal controls, risk management, and audit
Aufgaben
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through insurance strategies and policy reviews
- Manage the Group’s insurance programmes, including liability, property, business interruption, cyber, D&O, and transport
- Manage the Group's captive insurance arrangement with insurers
- Manage relationships with Group companies and brokers for insurance programmes
- Optimize insurance management processes, including value collection
- Optimize claims handling processes
- Optimize insurance cost allocation processes
- Review and negotiate insurance policies to align with organizational needs
- Manage the insurance renewal process
- Participate in the operation of Sika’s Enterprise Risk Management
- Participate in the development of Sika’s Enterprise Risk Management
- Participate in the operation of Sika’s Internal Control System
- Participate in the development of Sika’s Internal Control System
- Provide insurance and risk management advice to Group companies
- Provide insurance and risk management guidance to Group companies
- Provide insurance and risk management support to Group companies
- Work with the Group Risk Management Team globally
- Work with the Risk Engineering Team globally
- Work with local insurance responsibles globally
- Work with local Finance Managers globally
- Work with Corporate Finance colleagues globally
- Work with external insurance companies globally to ensure optimum coverage
- Work with external insurance brokers globally to ensure optimum coverage
