Anforderungen
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, solid understanding of Swiss Insurance market and Multinational Program Business
- Swiss Property Insurance knowledge and strong grasp of Insurance Accounting principles
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of or experience with additional European languages (French, Italian, Spanish)
- Further education or professional qualifications in insurance, finance, or related field
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in multi-cultural and cross-functional settings

- Experience with IT tools and systems for policy administration or underwriting support
- Proven attention to detail and quality focus, ability to identify, report, and resolve issues efficiently
Aufgaben
- Drive implementation activities for international programs
- Facilitate transactional business and coordinate policy and invoice issuance
- Manage pre-quote and pre-bind processes, service exceptions, and endorsement issuance
- Monitor and report on operational program performance
- Identify bottlenecks and take action to maintain service levels
- Collaborate with Technical Accounting teams to understand cash positions
- Support timely client updates
- Partner with Claims teams for efficient information exchange
- Engage regularly with external customers, brokers, and insureds
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for external customers
- Maintain up-to-date records across all relevant systems and tools
- Prepare policies, certificates, invoices, endorsements, and contractual documentation
- Conduct initial deal analysis and prepare account data
- Perform tax calculations
- Follow up on outstanding premium positions
- Compile, sort, review, and verify data accuracy
- Detect errors and initiate corrections
- Follow up with customers or process owners on inconsistencies
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
- Support system and tool improvements, testing, and piloting of changes
