- High motivation, independent & collaborative teamwork, can-do attitude, structured/organized work style
- Flexibility to adapt, pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills, English fluency, other languages (German, Spanish, Chinese, French) a plus
- Proactive communication, enjoyment of engaging with stakeholders and driving progress
Aufgaben
- Engage with RRPs managing global external partners
- Follow up with RRPs on data completion
- Support RRPs with incomplete submissions
- Coordinate data changes with the external workforce team
- Coordinate data questions with the external workforce team
- Monitor and track completion progress across RRPs
- Maintain structured tracking of outreach and responses
- Identify delays and challenges impacting campaign completion
- Escalate issues following predefined governance model
- Align with Project & Campaign team as needed
