- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good understanding of integrated communication and stakeholder needs
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with collaboration platforms is an advantage
- Affinity for digital communication channels and social media
- Proactive, reliable, and well-organized working style
- Ability to handle multiple topics in parallel
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix organization
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Additional languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Support HR Senior Management in preparing targeted communications
- Summarize and translate HR strategies into clear formats
- Maintain HR content on internal platforms like CoLab
- Support external HR communications on LinkedIn and branding content
- Promote HR initiatives and engagement activities
- Create presentations, newsletters, and briefing materials
- Coordinate timelines for HR campaigns and key moments
- Review and ensure quality of HR communication materials
- Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to HR leadership
