Aufgaben

• Provide project management support for group initiatives
• Coordinate initiatives with internal SMEs and external vendors
• Support contract and partner management
• Assist with capability building and project reviews
• Manage project controls and framework updates
• Support the Supplier Relationship Management Initiative
• Roll out and establish the Capability Model
• Develop infrastructure to manage department initiatives
• Build and maintain project tools and templates
• Follow up on project actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Organize virtual, hybrid, and in-person global events
• Coordinate town halls and training sessions
• Prepare communication materials for a global audience
• Review and compare CAPEX contract templates
• Analyze and capture document review findings
• Design communication, learning, and engagement materials
• Design web portals and digital tools
• Experiment with AI technology like Gemini and Claude
