Enterprise Account Executive(m/w/x)
Selling AI-driven ERP automation solutions to CFO/CIOs at large enterprises for an ETH/HSG spin-off. 5-10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience required. Uncapped commission, employee-owned company, annual shares option.
Anforderungen
- 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience or equivalent
- Ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles
- Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Shared Services
- Ability to manage complex multi-threaded deals
- Strong collaboration with presales and post-sales teams
- ERP/SAP exposure or finance transformation sales experience
- Experience selling automation platforms and winning incumbents
- Experience with global enterprise rollouts
- Fluency in English and German or another European language
Aufgaben
- Build and execute strategic territory plans
- Identify target accounts and key stakeholders
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and events
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting
- Challenge customer perspectives using insight-led selling
- Conduct executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks
- Develop crisp target-state narratives and action plans
- Align CFO and CIO-led buying committees
- Manage the business case and pricing strategy
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and contracting processes
- Quantify value through metrics like capacity release
- Partner with Solutions Engineers for technical workshops
- Coordinate with Customer Success on implementation readiness
- Ensure seamless handoffs from closing to kickoff
- Position the company against fragmented point tools
- Neutralize competitive plays with clear differentiation
