Anforderungen
- 5–8+ years of enterprise-level B2B new business sales experience
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS solutions for banking, insurance, or high-compliance industries
- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
- Strong business acumen
- Proven expertise in consultative and solution-based selling
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for enterprise clients
- Identify and engage decision-makers in large organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to customize pitches
- Analyze market trends and identify new revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM systems to track sales progress
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Travel to client sites and events in the DACH region as needed
