- At least 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years managing production department
- Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes (SMT, THT, AOI, SPI, Soldering, FCT/ICT Testing, Coating)
- Familiarity with IPC standards, SPC, and Lean/Six Sigma practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Manage production processes and team
- Achieve and improve department targets
- Lead and develop 3 direct reports
- Coordinate 85 production operators
- Collaborate with material planning, scheduling, quality, and logistics
- Optimize workflow efficiency and throughput
- Implement lean manufacturing practices
- Define and implement strategic investments
- Integrate new technologies and equipment
- Develop production strategies aligned with company vision
