- Solid understanding of inventory control processes
- Solid understanding of stock accuracy processes
- Innovative and proactive
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Strong continuous improvement capabilities
- Hands-on leadership approach
- Proven experience leading operational teams
- Proven experience supervising operational teams
- Ensuring safety

- Ensuring adherence to procedures
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Ease communicating in Italian

Aufgaben
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities
- Supervise warehouse operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Drive operational excellence
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize warehouse layout and capacity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service levels and efficiency
- Code and prepare receipt/dispatch paperwork
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements
- Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization
- Supervise daily warehouse and shipping operations
- Assist in daily warehouse and shipping operations
- Recommend measures to improve service quality
- Recommend measures to increase departmental efficiency
- Recommend measures to boost work crew performance
- Recommend measures to boost equipment performance
- Ensure stock accuracy through periodic stock takes
- Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counting
