Aufgaben
- Serve as senior People leader and strategic advisor for Boudry campus
- Shape and execute site People strategy with Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Operations
- Advise leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and employee engagement
- Provide visible, credible leadership to site executives, managers, and employees
- Ensure alignment of local people strategy with enterprise direction, regulatory requirements, and site priorities
- Represent HR in site leadership forums, employee councils, and key governance bodies
- Integrate people strategy with business strategy to improve execution, capability, and resilience
- Advise on workforce implications of compliance, capacity, and operational change in a regulated environment
- Anticipate external, workforce, and regulatory trends and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Translate global and PDS People strategies into locally relevant, executable plans
- Lead execution of core HR processes including performance management, talent planning, succession, engagement, rewards, and development
- Evaluate organizational health, talent pipelines, engagement signals, and workforce risks using data and analytics
- Reinforce BMS values, leadership expectations, and behaviors to support performance and inclusion
- Lead complex employee relations matters with Employee Relations and Legal
- Design and guide engagement, change, and communication approaches
- Support co-located regional and global teams by partnering with global HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence
- Balance site ownership with enterprise alignment and collaboration
- Orchestrate HR service delivery to ensure a seamless, high-quality leader and employee experience
- Provide executive coaching and counsel to senior leaders
- Influence enterprise People strategies by sharing insights and best practices
- Represent the site internally and externally on people-related topics, including regulatory interactions, employer branding, and local partnerships
