- Provide oversight of 75+ external partners
- Build flexible and agile external manufacturing network
- Lead Supplier Relationship Management models
- Develop and enforce supply contracts
- Ensure GMP compliance across external network
- Identify and escalate network risks
- Ensure reliable and on-time product delivery
- Set and track financial goals for external partners
- Drive continuous improvement programs
- Champion network resilience and COGS reduction
- Lead and develop a high-performing organization
- Hire and develop change agents
- Identify transformative opportunities
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and other departments
- Advise EVP, Chief Supply Chain & Operations Officer
- Collaborate with matrix leadership teams
