- Analytical skills, accountability, and resilience
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead financial accounting for the Swiss headquarters
- Manage accounting for various holding entities
- Ensure compliant reporting under IFRS and Swiss GAAP
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Oversee record-to-report and peer-to-pay operations
- Supervise order-to-cash and intercompany accounting
- Manage cash pooling and statutory reporting
- Handle Swiss and international VAT requirements
- Support tax accounting activities
- Coordinate external audits and internal controls
- Manage governance and compliance matters
- Optimize processes and SAP system improvements
- Collaborate with global shared service centers
- Lead and develop a professional accounting team
