- SAP FI/CO and advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of MS Access and Power BI (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Support the Operations Manager with performance and budget management
- Assist regional leadership with financial reports and analysis
- Develop and analyze business plans and forecasts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic improvements
- Support management during month-end financial closing
- Provide financial guidance for special site projects
- Perform proactive analysis of monthly KPIs
- Deliver predictive information to functional management partners
- Review site costs and identify budget variances
- Recommend and drive corrective financial actions
- Participate in long-term factory planning and forecasting
- Manage annual costing activities and COGS analysis
- Provide detailed product costing evaluations
- Coordinate the annual budget process for the site
- Evaluate capital proposals from inception to value realization
- Contribute to site projects focused on process improvements
- Participate in operations meetings to provide financial support
