- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/BI systems (SAP, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Profound knowledge of finance and control processes, IFRS regulations
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead cost center controlling
- Monitor and control cost center performance
- Prepare monthly cost center management reports
- Conduct variance analyses and provide commentary for leadership
- Support cost center leads with financial insights
- Recommend cost optimization strategies
- Assist in monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Track variances and KPIs
- Monitor costs, revenues, margins, and key financial metrics
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collect and validate financial data
- Contribute to improving financial data quality and processes
- Utilize SAP, Power BI, and other finance tools for data accuracy
- Support ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects
