- Monitor and optimize operating costs (OPEX) across the organization
- Develop cost control frameworks for efficiency and transparency
- Maintain the cost accounting system, updating allocation keys annually
- Lead the annual budgeting process, focusing on client revenue and profitability
- Create detailed financial forecasts, including revenue, costs, and margins
- Track budget vs. actual performance, providing actionable insights
- Prepare periodic management reports on financial performance and KPIs
- Produce financial reporting packages for management and shareholders
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide strategic insights
- Oversee and validate sales provisions for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze financial performance of client projects, tracking profitability and margins
- Supervise client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support digital transformation in finance, focusing on automation
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
