Aufgaben
- Perform monthly group financial consolidation
- Apply and document Swiss GAAP accounting policies
- Improve group accounting policies continuously
- Oversee statutory accounts and audits
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Design and implement internal control systems
- Strengthen finance governance and closing discipline
- Support risk management and policy compliance
- Monitor bank covenants and external requirements
- Produce monthly management and Board reporting
- Track KPIs and provide performance insights
- Consolidate group budgets and multi-year plans
- Maintain budget-to-actual reporting across entities
- Manage reporting for banks and lenders
- Professionalize finance processes and workflows
- Drive efficiency and scalability in operations
- Support M&A activities and structural integrations
