In this role, you will take charge of regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while engaging with various stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading projects, mentoring team members, and adapting to regulatory changes to support the firm's strategic goals.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
• •6-10 years of experience in financial services with preference for quantitative regulatory reporting experience
• •Proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• •Excellent communication skills and passion for engaging with diverse stakeholders
• •Adept at project-based work and managing multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
• •Proficiency in English required, proficiency in German is an advantage
• •Eligibility to work in Switzerland

Aufgaben

• •Oversee production and sign-off of regulatory reports
• •Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of reports
• •Manage in-house reporting processes as needed
• •Lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• •Act as primary subject matter expert for regulatory reporting
• •Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders
• •Monitor regulatory developments and adapt reporting strategies
• •Drive dialogue and negotiations with stakeholders
• •Initiate and lead cross-business unit projects
• •Enhance process efficiency and data integrity
• •Collaborate on strategic initiatives with senior management
• •Coach and mentor team members and outsourcing partners
