- Leadership skills (business partnering, influencing, communication); finance leader experience in regional/global public company
- Growth/Digital mindset; ability to identify strategic/tactical opportunities and leverage technology
- Integrity and sound judgement aligned with values, policies, and regulations

- Maintain financial integrity and performance for assigned areas.

- Track delivery of financial commitments.

- Oversee finance planning and performance activities.
- Manage financial decisions, including strategic plans.
- Conduct annual contract planning and forecasting.
- Develop financial targets.
- Report and analyze financial performance.
