- Process knowledge of CPG/F&B manufacturing
- Supply chain processes knowledge
- Chocolate/cocoa processing experience (plus)
- Familiarity with Capital Investment Tools (plus)
- Familiarity with standard computer software
- Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Additional degree in Finance and/or Business Administration (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Fluent English required
- One or more additional languages (plus)
Aufgaben
- Shape and drive global capex roadmap
- Build business cases for capex initiatives
- Lead and support capex initiatives from ideation to start-up
- Identify opportunities in capex management process
- Benchmark best-in-class capex processes externally
- Develop and implement action plans for process improvement
- Partner with Finance and Digital teams to upgrade capex tools
- Create optimal capex strategy and roadmap
- Balance smart growth, productivity, safety, and sustainability
- Collaborate with functions to refine capex roadmap
- Track and monitor global capex budgets
- Report global capex planning and execution status
- Escalate budget and timing variances
- Implement mitigating actions for capex variances
- Lead steering committees for key capex initiatives
- Manage capex initiative interdependencies
- Resolve potential conflicts in capex initiatives
- Implement robust change control for capex management
- Document clear accountability for decision-making
- Lead a team of 3 members
- Shape and lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Execute selected key initiatives from ideation to start-up
- Drive innovation in global capex standards
- Set KPIs for capex management process steps
- Measure and improve capex KPIs
- Identify and mitigate issues in capex processes
- Manage organizational change for capex standards
