- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Aufgaben
- Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Diagnose and resolve product performance issues
- Provide end-to-end solutions for customers
- Implement coordinated solutions including peripherals and applications software
- Guide and train users on preventive maintenance and configurations
- Help customers utilize high-end features of Agilent's systems and software
- Collaborate with the sales team for tailored consulting based on customer needs
- Participate in training courses to stay updated on technical knowledge
