Inside Sales Representative - Instruments(m/w/x)
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities, collaborating closely with Field Account Managers to drive sales of Agilent Technologies' innovative products while building lasting customer relationships.
Anforderungen
- Laboratory Technician Certificate or university degree in a science field
- Relevant hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as Chromatography, MS, or Spectroscopy
- Commercial or retail experience
- Strong desire to learn and develop technical and soft skills
- Proactive, logical problem-solver with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer experience
Aufgaben
- Support the Field Account Management Team
- Sell Agilent Technologies products, solutions, and services
- Handle transactional business for assigned accounts
- Manage quoting, order entry, and related administration
- Resolve customer issues proactively
- Identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Build long-term, trusted partnerships with customers
- Support the full sales cycle from pre-sales to delivery and installation
- Manage complex discussions with customers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
