- Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment

- Guide and train users on preventive maintenance and configurations
- Assist users in utilizing high-end features of Agilent's systems
- Collaborate with the sales team for tailored consulting
- Participate in training courses to stay updated on products
