- •Swiss German skills as a plus
- •Experience in change and project management
- •Experience with discovery and questioning techniques
- •Technical understanding of SaaS landscape
- •Basic technical understanding of integrations or APIs
- •Experience in conducting workshops
Aufgaben
- •Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers
- •Partner with customers to understand strategic goals
- •Build and execute customer success plans
- •Monitor and improve adoption and retention
- •Act as the voice of the customer
- •Analyze customer data to prioritize outreach
- •Engage with stakeholders from frontline to executives
- •Collaborate with Account Managers on expansion
- •Drive accountability for internal and external deliverables
- •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet needs
