- •3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales
- •Strong track record in the Swiss market, preferably within Financial Services
- •Expertise in value-based selling and building compelling business cases
- •Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Familiarity with established sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN)
- •Existing network within Swiss financial services
- •Understanding of Swiss market regulations and analytics-driven transformation initiatives
