Aufgaben
- Advise customers on technology strategies and best practices
- Run enablement sessions to optimize technical environments
- Recommend product features to accelerate customer growth
- Collect customer feedback to inform product development
- Liaise between customers and product engineering teams
- Resolve critical customer issues and technical outages
- Execute account plans to mitigate long-term risk
- Lead executive business reviews with C-suite leaders
- Develop internal best practices and program processes
- Document customer interactions in Gainsight and Salesforce
- Report account health signals to leadership teams
- Collaborate with sales leadership on business performance
- Forecast expected account churn and growth trends
- Interview and onboard new team members
- Lead peer enablement sessions and product certifications
