  • Find solutions for customer complaints
  • Navigate customer outages with financial impact
  • Help devise custom MongoDB solutions
  • Build and execute account plans
  • Mitigate risk and drive portfolio growth
  • Lead executive business reviews
  • Interface with C-suite executives
  • Align business objectives with customers
  • Agree on mutual success plans
  • Work on strategic internal projects
  • Build the Customer Success program
  • Create and teach best practices
  • Develop new processes for the organization
  • Provide enablement to the broader organization
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Provide feedback on customer account health signals
  • Adjust engagement strategies based on signals
  • Share signals with internal teams
  • Manage relationships with Sales Leadership
  • Manage relationships with Account Executives
  • Report on business performance to sales teams
  • Train sales teams on best practices
  • Roll out program updates to sales teams
  • Forecast expected churn and growth
  • Interview new team members
  • Onboard new team members
  • Ramp up new team members
  • Lead enablement sessions for peers
