Customer Success Manager (Custom Solutions)(m/w/x)

- 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS role
- Motivation to help partners succeed
- Native or near-native English and professional German (C1+)
- Ability to translate technical topics into business value
- Analytical, resilient, and focused approach
- Confidence in communicating with senior decision-makers
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics (plus)
Aufgaben
- Manage a portfolio of whitelabel partner accounts
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure partner KPIs and success metrics are met
- Proactively manage account risks, renewals, and retention
- Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities
- Lead strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
- Define technical solutions and support partner onboarding
- Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, and support teams
- Track product adoption and value realization through data
- Master each partner's business model and integration setup
