- Assist in implementing customer solutions

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Development team
- Support company growth initiatives
- Monitor customer metrics
- Respond to customer dissatisfaction or challenges
- Act as the customer advocate
- Ensure customer feedback influences product development
- Create and maintain accurate customer records
- Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings
