- •Automate the entire reporting process
- •Monitor regional progress on operational efficiency initiatives
- •Prepare global quarterly factory performance packages
- •Consolidate monthly global operational efficiency initiatives
- •Compile detailed investment budgets with regional teams
- •Implement digital solutions for investment budgeting
- •Conduct back-testing to review investment project success
- •Administer custom PowerApp solutions for investment approvals
- •Develop tools to capitalize on synergies and reduce workload
- •Provide user training and onboarding for PowerApp tools
- •Assist with M&A integration and external reporting
- •Co-lead the operations controlling function
- •Act as a global Super-User for all operations PowerApps
- •Lead investment-tool and continuous improvement projects
