- •Act as a product ambassador and customer needs expert
- •Troubleshoot and resolve corporate customer inquiries rapidly
- •Qualify and convert mid-market business leads
- •Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts
- •Contribute to the Swiss go-to-market strategy
- •Meet monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- •Build a new corporate business pipeline from scratch
- •Pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- •Manage high volumes of inbound corporate prospects
- •Forecast and track opportunity details and use cases
- •Collaborate with international SDR and Marketing teams
- •Provide market insights to inform expansion strategies
