- Execute 2nd Line of Defence controls in the Booking Centre Switzerland
- Maintain and update control inventory and documentation
- Conduct compliance monitoring for Personal Account Transactions
- Assess and investigate breaches, coordinating disciplinary actions
- Implement and monitor ad-hoc confidentiality controls
- Manage staff self-attestations and exceptions
- Proactively assess compliance risks
- Review adherence to conflict-of-interest rules
- Monitor personal trading restrictions
- Prepare and deliver periodic control reports
- Track and report on issue remediation progress
