Aufgaben

  • Support front office staff on client suitability matters
  • Serve as central point of contact for tool and process topics
  • Prepare monthly control result reports for market and group
  • Assess control results from 2LoD, identify patterns, discuss findings
  • Define and drive suitability training and awareness initiatives
  • Establish and maintain best practice guides
  • Lead change management for process and tool changes
  • Support onboarding of new front office employees and managers
  • Lead Suitability Champion sessions and bi-monthly group heads exchanges
  • Perform recurring suitability control tasks
  • Conduct ACE sessions
  • Act as liaison to GPS and compliance control units
  • Represent region in global suitability projects
  • Exchange best practices with other regions
