Aufgaben
- Support the Front Office with risk-related tasks
- Perform risk and control self-assessments
- Assess and handle operational risk incidents
- Conduct ad hoc business risk and conduct reviews
- Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense
- Work with Front Management and stakeholders on risk management
- Prepare and deliver Regional and Market Risk Reporting
- Ensure transparency and supervisory oversight in risk sessions
- Address regulatory and quality assurance concerns
- Drive risk awareness and training initiatives
- Provide risk-related support for Regional and Market projects
- Monitor and support remediation of risks and incidents
- Ensure timely resolution of control issues identified by 2LoD
- Coordinate with other BRMs and internal stakeholders
- Lead change initiatives to improve risk management processes
- Support strategic decisions balancing business objectives and risk
