In this role, you will actively support the Front Office in managing risks, collaborate with various stakeholders, and drive initiatives that enhance risk awareness and compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing risk reports, addressing incidents, and leading changes to improve processes.

Aufgaben

• •Support the Front Office with risk-related tasks
• •Perform risk and control self-assessments
• •Assess and handle operational risk incidents
• •Conduct ad hoc business risk and conduct reviews
• •Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense
• •Work with Front Management and stakeholders on risk management
• •Prepare and deliver Regional and Market Risk Reporting
• •Ensure transparency and supervisory oversight in risk sessions
• •Address regulatory and quality assurance concerns
• •Drive risk awareness and training initiatives
• •Provide risk-related support for Regional and Market projects
• •Monitor and support remediation of risks and incidents
• •Ensure timely resolution of control issues identified by 2LoD
• •Coordinate with other BRMs and internal stakeholders
• •Lead change initiatives to improve risk management processes
• •Support strategic decisions balancing business objectives and risk
