Aufgaben
- Serve as a generalist with Compliance and Risk expertise
- Execute 2nd Line of Defence controls in the Booking Centre Switzerland
- Maintain and update control inventory and documentation
- Conduct key compliance monitoring for Personal Account Transactions
- Assess and investigate breaches, coordinate investigations, and recommend disciplinary actions
- Implement and monitor controls for confidentiality obligations and staff self-attestations
- Manage exceptions through investigation and follow-up to closure
- Proactively assess compliance risks by reviewing conflict-of-interest rules and personal trading restrictions
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports on control outcomes and remediation progress
