- Active Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility
- ServiceNow SAM Certification (CIS-SAM)
- ServiceNow HAM Certification (CIS-HAM)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years IT experience
- ServiceNow CMDB and discovery tools experience
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 and SACM
- IAT Level II certification (Security+CE or higher)
- Ability to meet TESA requirements
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Desired Joint Command experience and military knowledge
- Exceptional communication and translation skills
- Desired CIS-ITSM Certification
Aufgaben
- Execute the hands-on Configuration Management program
- Maintain the integrity of the CMDB
- Advise on CSDM 5.0 best practices
- Prioritize high-value services and configuration items
- Support engineering and architecture projects
- Develop configuration management plans and documentation
- Provide guidance to program stakeholders
- Conduct routine audits for policy compliance
- Improve hardware and software asset management
- Create standard operating procedures and training materials
- Enforce hardware and software version control
- Maintain build and testing environments
- Identify and mitigate configuration management risks
