You will drive operational readiness by maintaining a reliable CMDB and enforcing technical standards. Your day-to-day involves auditing assets and advising on best practices to reduce organizational risk.

Anforderungen

• •Active Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility
• •ServiceNow SAM Certification (CIS-SAM)
• •ServiceNow HAM Certification (CIS-HAM)
• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• •5–7 years IT experience
• •ServiceNow CMDB and discovery tools experience
• •Knowledge of ITIL v4 and SACM
• •IAT Level II certification (Security+CE or higher)
• •Ability to meet TESA requirements
• •Ability to deliver under pressure
• •Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• •Desired Joint Command experience and military knowledge
• •Exceptional communication and translation skills
• •Desired CIS-ITSM Certification

Aufgaben

• •Execute the hands-on Configuration Management program
• •Maintain the integrity of the CMDB
• •Advise on CSDM 5.0 best practices
• •Prioritize high-value services and configuration items
• •Support engineering and architecture projects
• •Develop configuration management plans and documentation
• •Provide guidance to program stakeholders
• •Conduct routine audits for policy compliance
• •Improve hardware and software asset management
• •Create standard operating procedures and training materials
• •Enforce hardware and software version control
• •Maintain build and testing environments
• •Identify and mitigate configuration management risks
