- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
- ITIL Foundation certification (required or obtainable)
- Experience supporting DoW cybersecurity and accreditation requirements (RMF, NIST SP 800-171, 172, 53)
- Ability to analyze complex technical changes and communicate impacts to non-technical stakeholders
- DOD 8570 IAT I compliance
- German TESA eligibility
- Desired 5+ years experience in IT Change, Configuration, or Service Management within DoD/federal contracting
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- ITIL Intermediate or Expert level certifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or other enterprise ITSM platforms
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end change management processes according to ITIL.
- Chair or support ERB, CCB, and CAB meetings.
- Evaluate changes for risk, impact, and mission alignment.
- Maintain change management plans and SOPs.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track all changes.
- Conduct detailed risk and impact assessments.
- Assess cybersecurity, operational, and mission impacts.
- Ensure changes comply with DoW cybersecurity frameworks.
- Adhere to configuration management policies.
- Meet system accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate with teams for ATO alignment.
- Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate schedules, outages, and impacts to partners.
- Facilitate emergency change processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of changes.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Analyze change metrics to identify improvements.
- Recommend enhancements for risk, efficiency, and success.
- Support audits for IT service management and cybersecurity.
